Each natural person is permitted to hold only one beypkr account. Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. beypkr uses technical and manual verification measures to detect and close duplicate accounts. Any winnings, bonuses, or balances associated with secondary accounts may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your beypkr login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. beypkr will never request your password via email, chat, or any other unsolicited channel. You must notify beypkr support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. beypkr accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
beypkr is required under its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You may be asked at any time — and must be verified before your first withdrawal — to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of address, and supporting documentation for any payment method you use. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the period specified by beypkr may result in account suspension.
Your beypkr account balance reflects your total Real Money Balance plus any applicable Bonus Balance. beypkr does not hold your funds in a trust arrangement; account balances represent a liability of beypkr to you as a User. beypkr maintains segregation of player funds in accordance with its international licensing obligations.
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. beypkr may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts as notified in advance. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your beypkr account balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or Raast are typically credited within 15 to 30 minutes. The minimum deposit amount is Rs200 via mobile wallet channels. beypkr does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed by beypkr subject to the following conditions: (a) your account has passed KYC verification; (b) the withdrawal amount does not exceed your available Real Money Balance net of any unsatisfied bonus wagering requirements; (c) the minimum withdrawal amount is met; and (d) the withdrawal method matches a payment channel you have previously used for deposits where required by anti-money-laundering obligations.
Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 30 to 60 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals settle within one business day. beypkr does not charge withdrawal fees on standard requests; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
beypkr operates in compliance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. beypkr reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation and to delay or decline withdrawals pending AML review. Funds found to be connected to fraudulent or criminal activity will be frozen and reported to relevant authorities.
All casino games available on beypkr — including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing agencies. beypkr does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages and house edges are set by the game providers in accordance with their licensing obligations.
Sports betting on beypkr — including cricket, PSL markets, baseball, and other sports — is subject to beypkr's sportsbook rules published within the platform. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. beypkr reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has concluded, where an error in odds has occurred, or where there is evidence of match manipulation or corruption.
Winning bets are settled and credited to your Real Money Balance as soon as the result is officially confirmed. If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or otherwise not completed within beypkr's stated settlement rules, bets may be voided and stakes returned. beypkr's decision on all bet settlement matters is final subject to the dispute resolution process below.
In the event of a technical error, software fault, or communication failure that affects a game or bet outcome, beypkr reserves the right to void the affected game round or wager and return stakes to the user's account. beypkr is not liable for losses caused by technical failures outside its control.
beypkr may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives to users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer. Bonus offers are valid for the period stated and may be withdrawn or amended without prior notice.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "playthrough") before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as Real Money. Until wagering requirements are met, any cash-out request will be processed against your Real Money Balance only; Bonus Balance will be forfeited on withdrawal if wagering is incomplete.
beypkr actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; using automated betting strategies to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk; and colluding with other users to artificially complete bonus conditions. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses removed and may be subject to account closure and forfeiture of balances.
First-time beypkr account holders may be eligible for a welcome bonus as advertised on the platform at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available to new users only, is limited to one per person per household, and requires a qualifying first deposit. beypkr's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with their account shall in no event exceed the User's current Real Money Balance at the time the relevant claim arises.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with beypkr's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside this document. By registering for a beypkr account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.

Upon closure or permanent suspension of an account, beypkr will process a final balance settlement in accordance with clause 12.1, subject to any holds required for AML review or fraud investigation. Any ongoing bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal settlement rules where possible. beypkr is not liable for any loss of anticipated winnings arising from account closure where closure is permitted under these Terms.
beypkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the mobile number or contact detail on file, and/or by prominent notice on the beypkr platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the revised terms take effect. Your continued use of beypkr following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under beypkr's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from your use of beypkr that cannot be resolved through beypkr's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration or the dispute resolution body specified under beypkr's licensing authority.
